How Is Pricing determined?

pricing is determined by a combination of factors, with the primary consideration being the time required to craft and complete the item.

Are your ceramics food safe?

Yes, unless otherwise stated.

Can I place my ceramic ware in the dishwasher?

Yes, they are dishwasher safe. Although we do recommend hand washing your ceramic ware for longevity.

Does Wild Hearts accept commissioned requests?

What clay body do you use?

All work is created with stoneware, unless otherwise specified in the item’s description and glazed with commercial cone 5/6 glazes. There are select pieces which include some gold luster which will be stated in the item’s description. more FAQS

Shipping

During the holiday season, unusual weather conditions, and various global and regional celebrations, please anticipate longer shipping times as these events can cause a bit of delay to our normal shipping services. For more information about our shipping policies, please review our shop policies.

Returns

All sales are final. Because each piece is handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

The only exception made to mailed orders that arrive damaged. If your item is delivered broken, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item so we can assist you.
